At the start of 2017, IceBlue were introduced to Industrial Refrigeration Services (IRS), to host an internal piece of software to manage the day to day requirements of the staff and customers of IRS.


From here, the relationship has grown from strength to strength - with IceBlue being on-hand for the team at IRS whatever the requirement. From designing and developing a new website, to showcasing their services and latest news. We even developed a new, cloud-based software for use by their engineers on-the-road, and staff based in the office.


Alongside this, we have recently undertaken the online and offline marketing for IRS, which includes social media and Google Ads management, email marketing, and everything in between. We also create bespoke mailouts each month to reach their engaged audiences, and to further nurture them through the sales process. Our team work with the IRS team to ensure their presence online is inline with their brand, and current to their operations. Creating monthly statistics reports helps showcase the results for IRS, to show them exactly how they are performing on a regular basis.


It is safe to say we have become part of the IRS team and always love having a catch-up to discuss how we can help them in their next steps.
